My name is Sarah Bond.

I’m an organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach, working with individuals, groups and organisations in support of change.

• I help organisations co-create solutions to culture-related challenges.
• I support change-oriented groups and teams to work together more effectively.
• I create spaces for people leading change to learn and grow.

I work with clients in the public, private, non-profit and humanitarian sectors, in the UK, Europe and globally.  I bring a focus on inclusion, belonging and person-to-person connection in all I do.
